SelvaRey Owner's Reserve Rum

We call it SelvaRey Owner's Reserve Rum. It is the result of the dance between weather, soil and the people who work these vines in Panama. Corrona and Desflorado are the only varieties that grow here, on steep-sloped hillsides anchored by thick jungle foliage. The lead fermentation happens under a layer of maguey leaves that filter sunlight and slow evaporation by 75%. This creates a clean spirit with extraordinary richness, depth and complexity.
