At Quality Liquor Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to state regulations, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals remain intact to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Report the Issue
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any breakage, leakage, or order discrepancies.
Provide Proof of Damage
Submit clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping carton to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if a return is required.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once the returned items are inspected at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
