This limited edition bottling showcases the smoky, complex flavors of this exceptional expression of 100% wild agave, with hues of light wood smoke, savory herbs, and fruit notes on the nose. The 2015 vintage is distilled from a blend of agaves that were harvested at peak maturity between January and March 2014 in San Baltazar Loxicha. The spirit spends 4 months aging in white oak barrels before being bottled in March 2016.
