The nose opens up to stewed-fruit, vanilla and toasted oak. The front palate gives off that same fruit with some cream, spice and brown sugar. The palate builds darkness, showing the age and char of the bourbon. As it finishes, the sweetness and darkness sit all over the palate. The finish is long, with some caramel and tannin.
