Derrumbes Tamaulipas Mezcal stands out as one of the few mezcals exported from Tamaulipas. Despite the region's challenges, Maestro Mezcalero Cuauhtémoc Jacquez crafts exceptional mezcal. This ensamble mezcal features a blend of several agave varieties, offering a unique and dynamic flavor profile that varies with each batch.

Aroma
Deliciously complex nose with mustard-y and horseradish-y notes mixed with pickle and sweet orange marmalade
Palate
Much like the aromas indicated you will find lots of the above flavours all working together to create a fresh, crisp flavour that is oily and coats your mouth
Finish
The finish is one of my favourites as it transforms into very smelly cheese
